Your treatment plan is curated to meet your needs. This may include prescriptions (hormones, compounds, or pellets), supplements, nutritional and lifestyle changes.
Note: Pellet treatments are offered for women.

Yes, we accept telehealth patients who reside in California.
At this time, we cannot treat out-of-state residents unless they are able to attend an in-person visit at our office. Provider licensing is state-specific, and we are currently licensed only in California. -

Crystine is an accomplished healthcare professional specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement and functional medicine. A Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she holds dual master’s degrees from Samuel Merritt University and an Endocrinology certification from Duke University. Her foundation of advanced training and clinical expertise allows her to deliver evidence-based, integrative care tailored to each individual.
Passionate about restoring health and optimizing longevity, Crystine focuses on healthspan—helping patients live healthier, more vibrant lives. She defines true wellness as being well enough to thrive without relying on medications. Her comprehensive approach blends functional medicine principles, advanced laboratory testing, medical technologies, and traditional therapies. She designs personalized treatment plans that may include pharmaceuticals, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle-based approaches to support health in a holistic way.
Crystine’s diverse academic background also includes a degree in Molecular Cell Physiology and Global Poverty from the University of California, Berkeley. She has extensive experience in primary care and continues to provide healthcare in rural California. Her clinical focus spans women’s health and endocrine conditions, including diabetes, weight loss, hypothyroidism, PCOS, peri-menopause and menopause.
Beyond her practice, Crystine has served on medical missions in rural Guatemala, bringing care to underserved villages. She enjoys hiking in unique destinations, exploring tiki culture, and spending quality time with her husband and grown children.
