Crystine L'Heraux MSN, FNP-C (Pronounced 'La Row')

Crystine is an accomplished and experienced healthcare professional specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement and functional medicine. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with dual masters degrees from Samuel Merritt University and Endocrinology certification through Duke University, she has a strong foundation of knowledge in her field. Crystine's passion lies in restoring health and helping individuals achieve happiness and longevity with a focus on healthspan.

Crystine believes in the importance of true wellness, which she defines as being healthy enough to not need medications. She takes a comprehensive approach to patient care by integrating functional medicine principles, advanced laboratory testing, medical technologies, and traditional medicine. She creates personalized care plans that encompass a range of options, including pharmaceuticals, supplements, and utilizing food as medicine.

With a diverse educational background, including a degree in Molecular Cell Physiology and Global Poverty from U.C. Berkeley, Crystine brings a holistic perspective to her practice. She is an experienced primary care provider and continues to provide healthcare in rural California, with a current focus on women's health and endocrine areas such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, PCOS, and menopause.

Outside of her professional life, Crystine has combined her love of healthcare, serving people, and adventurous travels in a medical mission to the countryside villages in Guatemala. She enjoys hiking in exotic places, appreciating tiki culture, spending quality time with her husband and grown up children, and playing strategic board games like Acquire and Blokus.
